Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment. Cancel from inside the app and your billing stops at the end of the current month. We'll keep your data accessible for 90 days for export, then delete it on request per HIPAA / PIPEDA retention rules.

Yes. Owners and practitioners are billed at $199/month. Admins and receptionists — the people who run the front desk, do scheduling, and handle billing — are free, no seat caps. A solo therapist with one part-time receptionist pays $199. A 6-practitioner group with a clinic manager and two receptionists pays $1,194.

Every minute Signal is actively listening to a session and producing the live emotion timeline counts toward the 100 hours. You can run unlimited sessions without recording — the AI note generation, scheduling, billing, and Amelia chat aren't capped. Past 100 hours of in-session listening per practitioner per month, overage is $1.50/hr. Average full-time practitioners use 60–80 hrs/month and never hit it.

No. Web chat and SMS Amelia are included in the $199 plan and handle the majority of front-desk volume for most solo and small-group practices. Voice Amelia ($99.99/clinic/month) adds a real phone line with an AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and handles intake — useful when your practice still gets a lot of phone-first clients or you want to retire a human receptionist. Additional phone lines are $49.99/month each.

No. The 14-day free trial is the full product, and migration assistance from a real human (not an upsell rep) is included if you're moving from SimplePractice, Jane, TherapyNotes, or another EHR. Most practices are running parallel within a week and fully cut over inside 30 days.

You enter your card and Signal continues at $199/practitioner/month. If you don't add a card, your account is paused — your data stays intact for 90 days while you decide, and you can export everything at any time. We never auto-charge you at the end of the trial without an explicit step from you.
