No. Live session audio is held in memory while it is transcribed and then discarded. Audio you upload or record deliberately, for group and family sessions and for offline recordings, is stored encrypted so it can be diarized, kept for up to 30 days, and then deleted automatically. None of it is used for training. What SignalEHR keeps is your encrypted transcript and clinical note, which is your record. Every AI vendor we use (Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic) is contractually barred from training on your content under the BAA. Nothing in SignalEHR is trained on your clients' sessions either.
